Create your first chatbot

Spin up a new AI chatbot in under a minute.

A chatbot is the assistant your visitors talk to. You can run several — for example one for sales and one for support. Creating one takes seconds; you'll train and style it next.

    Open the dashboard

    Go to Overview. If you have no bots yet, you'll see an empty state inviting you to create one.

    Click “New Chatbot”

    Use the New Chatbot button in the top-right of the Your Chatbots section.

    Name it and create

    Give it a clear name like Support Bot and hit Create. Your bot is live instantly with a sensible default model.

What you can do with a bot

Each chatbot card gives you quick actions:

  • Chat — try your bot yourself in a full-page preview.
  • Train — add knowledge so it answers accurately.
  • Leads — view the contacts it has captured.
  • Settings — appearance, lead capture, and the embed code.

NoteA brand-new bot can already chat, but it only knows general information until you train it on your content — that's the next step.
